Optimal and independent functioning and integration of children (aged 0-9 with developmental lags) and their parents in educational, social and communal frameworks.		 Parent Programs:

Parents are empowered as influential and molding figures in the lives of their children during early childhood.
 
Development and Training and Human Resources:

A high and updated professional level of staff in the field of early childhood. 		MASKAL:

(Improvement of learning skills) children aged 5-8 with normative functioning abilities in educational frameworks.
 
Children's Programs:

A supportive environment for the benefit of children aged 3 months – 6 years, with the involvement of the parents, to allow them to reach their maximal abilities and skills in the educational frameworks.
